VMB Change.
As may have seen when they drop by the site that VMB underwent changes the past few weeks . Along with this came many other changes in products that I carry . I have been putting it off as long as I could to not increase prices as supplies go up as well as shipping rates . So I had to step back begin to strategize what I was to do next. After looking at sales of what does and does not move as well for me in the past few years I had to make the decision to remove certain products and scents so that I may keep prices of what does sell for me at the same low cost to my cusotmers. Perfume Oils are the biggest seller which VMB had to go down another path to keep up with the demand.
So with that said I regret to say, Body Powders, Grab Bags, and Sachet Sachet dolls have been discontinued.
Scents I no longer will carry will be Forget Me Not, Mourning Lilly, Wicked Woman, Arsenic and Lace, Dark Angel . There are 35 scents available now after the changes to make room for new scents to be added but as new scents are made a few more fragrances will no longer be carried and will be replaced with the new. "Absinthe" is now Absinthe Nights", this is to separate my perfume fragrance from the "fly by night" companies popping up for gothic perfumes here lately . I do not want to be the same as everyone else so a more unique distinctive name was made .Still the same lucious scent... just a new name :)
Gift Sets Boxes will be still be made but at special requests or sold on my Etsy shop premade and ready to ship especially around the holidays but no longer as a listed item on the site. The only gift set available is the Chocolate Gothique Skull Soap Set with a lower price for you :)
Candles also have been lowered in price as they will be packaged differently now.
Soap, I no longer carry ..I know a big shock :( Well it is the one thing that a price increase really needed to be done on to keep up with supply increase cost. But the truth of it is this is also the one thing that with making small batches to order takes quite a bit out of me and at the moment I need to step a way from this for a while . I do forsee making individual lots of premade soap in certain scents and selling on my etsy shop but for now the soap shop has closed for a while focusing mainly on perfumes.
What VMB will carry from now on is Perfume Oils, Bath Salts, Lotions ,Candles and Lockets as VMB has ventured down a path of becoming solely a Dark Boudoir Perfumery specializing in handmade Perfume Oils .
As time goes on, I have to face the reality of ...I am only one in a business that has grown 20 times the size of what I ever thought and it is so very much to handle .My day begins a 4:00 am and ends at 10pm .Which includes a full time job in between , with mom duties, wife duties, and house duties, not to mention wanting to expand on my Gothic Southern Belle Art name many may know about on the side. So after a while there is only so much energy drinks one can drink and 45 minute cats naps that one can take to keep going ;)
So for my sanity and in still keeping with making dark scents which is what I love to do best these changes have to come about. With this also, turn around time will be much quicker to where I can go back to the 3-5 days to get your order intsead of the 7-15 days I have now .. that will be a big relief!! So that wil begin in about 2 weeks, orders will go out much faster!
I do hope that many will stick around through the new transition though somethings may not be available any more, but a new VMB has emerged, still offering dark delights to please the senses and pamper your dark heart .
